I am designing a 3d printed mower caster replacement. To your knowledge has anyone already done this?
Mine will be a lacrosse style and hardness ball, free spinning, in a 3d printed mount. Think oversized BIC pen.

No most people just buy upgraded ones on Amazon or their local hardware store. But Yarbo does have newer style ones they will send you under warranty.
Ooooh how are the upgraded ones different?
The stock ones on my 2024 deck bang, bump and cause a great deal of stress on the core attachment/lifting mechanism.
Mostly the bearings from what I’ve seen on photos, otherwise the same.
The plastic will likely break but I am going to try spring loaded balls that can rotate 360 degrees.
It will give me something to do in the wee hours of the morning
