B1 (Leaf Blower)- False Positives Ticket #228713

B1 is getting false positives. It will imprison itself. It first did it in the yard so I took it to the driveway and unfortunately it had false positives there too.
Front camera is disconnected as well. First time I saw the error that I don’t have access to Smart Vision.

I have started the ticket process.

For S&G’s, remove the BBM and make sure the rear cameras are clean. I would pull battery cable for 5 mins too.

Copy. I will give it a shot.

They need to fix the camera issue with the backbrace, they put it in the field of view, now they need to electronically (software) mask those areas, so it stops sending warnings. I just can’t believe they send out this stuff so broken on the software side of things.

Yeah you are right @B-Mod.
I get them on the front camera too which is weird.
Stinks.

If the steps above don’t help, try this if you’re up for it. Not for the faint of heart, but some users have commented it has helped resolve issues like this. At least for the mower.

I’ve never seen this before myself, nor have I seen anyone else mention it online. I wonder if it’s a new message that was added in the last hotfix.

I’ve seen it before and seen a few posts about it. Usually clears up on its own or with a reboot. If not, support ticket.

Oh. Guess I somehow overlooked it

“So looks like the rear cameras/software are the leading culprits with B1. Took off the BBM and “Reverse Blow” still malfunctions with false positives after a 5 min battery pull.

Updated Below in another post-Incorrect

:backhand_index_pointing_down:

If I disable “Reverse Blow” the false positive do not occur.”

They do in fact still happen.

Spoke too soon…,

B1 false positive is with or without BBM and front and back camera register it.

Thought I made out of the woods as it made a couple passes. I wrote the update above and when I went back to check-JAIL.

It also doesn’t seem to be affected when transiting to and from the WA. Only during a WP.

Is Support gonna go crazy if I do this?

No, but if you want to wait for their guidance to do so, totally fine to do so

I’m gonna ride lightning!:high_voltage:

Oh boy! Take lots of pics please… :joy:

I would hate to see that thing go rouge through some no-go zones. :smiling_face_with_sunglasses:

I tried. Printed, taped to cardboard, kept getting a “calibration failed”. Front and back cameras. :dashing_away:

Yes, this is why it isn’t for the faint of heart. I’ve heard it takes a lot of trial and error. Might also be too dark to conduct it.
