Battery drained?

The power accidentally turned off. Upon power back on, not charging in base. Blue light steady on base. How can I tell if battery is heating first before charge?

Thanks

The main app screen should tell you it is heating the battery. You can also check the diagnostics. As long as it is above 0C it should be warm enough to charge.

Hi there,

A solid blue light on the docking station indicates that it is in standby mode, which usually means Yarbo is either not properly parked on the docking station or the docking station is not detecting the unit.

As Bryan mentioned, if the battery is in the heating phase before charging, you should be able to see this status directly on the main screen of the app.

Please double-check that Yarbo is correctly aligned and fully seated on the docking station. If it is positioned properly and still does not begin charging, we recommend contacting our support team for further assistance. When you do, please provide detailed information about the issue so they can help you more efficiently.

Thank you!

Other option is based on how long the power was off. Possible battery is dead and unit shut down as a result? If this is the case you have to use the auxiliary charger until you can get the core rebooted. It won’t charge from the pad if the core is shutdown.
