Battery Problems

Greetings all,

I was excited to get my Yarbo back up and running after waiting three weeks for a replacement track. So after I repaired it, I sent it out to mow. My Yarbo has mowed and charged two times during this run, but on the third charge I gave me an error battery issue. So I restart the Yarbo with no luck. I then walk out and unplug the battery for about five minutes and then powered it back up. Same error. I have opened a ticket with support but wanted to see if I missed something, sine we all know support is still a little backlogged.

Double check nothing came loose inside the core, unplugged, etc. Try unplugging the battery for 4 hours and then holding the power button for 60 seconds when turning it on.

Will do. Thanks

That really sucks. Sorry to hear it.

Hopefully it’s as simple as a loose cable somewhere.

Thanks, support jumped right on this so I had to plug it back in after about 45 mins. I didn’t see any loose cables so maybe support will find something. I am happy to report that I got a email and back and forth with support in under two hours.

Well I should have kept my mouth shut. After trying all the did you shut it off and turn it back on again tricks, the engineer said I will have to esculate to 2nd level. I am now in the dark for the last 24 hours. Such a bummer, and in the meantime Yarbo is sending people my way to demo, not a good thing, when I have to tell the prospect that my Yarbo is down for three weeks.

Bummer.
