Hi, thanks for sharing the details. We noticed that the version you provided (16.0.8) looks like the system firmware version. Could you please also share your **Android version**? You can find it here: **Settings → About device → Android version** Also, if possible, please provide the complete **OxygenOS version/build number** (for example: CPH2653\_16.0.8.xxx(EX01)). My Android version is: 16 (Kernel 6.6.89-android15-8-g97a9aaefab9a-ab14519050-4k) My OxygenOS version is CPH2653\_16.0.8.301 I am located in Germany. ---

Hi there, thanks for following up. Since your last report, we’ve completed an update on our side to meet the latest Google Play Store requirements. Could you please check again and let us know if you’re still unable to install the Yarbo app on your OnePlus 13? If the issue is still there, could you also check the following for us? Google Play Store → Profile picture → Settings → About → Play Protect certification Please let us know whether it shows **“Device is certified”** or **“Device is not certified.”** This will help us narrow down whether the issue is related to the device certification or something we still need to investigate on our side. ---

It reports: “Device is not certified” which is probably a result of me running an unlocked bootloader. ---

They are fully Protected from us being able to use the app. Just awesome. ---

In that case, unfortunately there isn’t another solution we can provide on our side at the moment. I’ve confirmed with our team that once your machine has shipped, you can contact us again and we’ll be able to provide you with the APK directly.
