Front camera snow covered

Great to hear. I just have to figure out an automatic door in the fence now. lol

That’s why I just went with two. One in front yard and one in the back. :joy:

Don’t they have dog doors that are motion activated?

That’s an idea. But might park too close to it. Was thinking a push button on the iPad control and verify open with the camera before sending Jack out.

And I have exactly zero front grass. All driveway. So just need one. Perhaps a second dock will be required. That’s a future Jack decision.

I’ll second that. Buying the doghouse (tent) was well worth the money! Kept my Yarbo out of the sun all summer, and now it keeps the snow off of Yarbo and off the dock too.

Highly recommend it. No impact to GPS.

Best laugh today! Thank you for that!

would you care to share the link to your tent?

This is the one I bought. Pick the one WITHOUT the roll up windows.

I like that. Mine was a mishmash of two. That’s how I ended up with a back and an awning.

I’m jealous! The awning seems like a good idea.

surprisingly clear front camera after two passes. Initial pass had two foot drifts, eight inches overall. Very windy and cold.

The licker helps! :joy:

Lol. The deflector for sure. The ears maybe prevent some snow being deposited. The “licker” that’s a stretch but maybe.

I think I am going to try printing some side camera visors.

For a gag experiment I am surprised at the functionality.

Yes seems to work well

Now I’m wondering if you could make it out of metal or parts of it, and get it close enough to the camera it could conduct the heat to melt the very last 5% of flakes that might get trapped where they shouldn’t

I think that sounds reasonable.
