Hi everyone! ![]()
I’m a Yarbo owner and I got a little carried away — I built a browser game called Yarbo World as a fan project, just for fun. To be totally clear: this is completely unofficial. I’m just an enthusiast doing this on my own time, not speaking for Yarbo in any way.
It’s a cozy little 3D sim where you drive a modular yard robot around a lakeside neighborhood called Maple Hollow — mowing in summer, blowing leaves in fall, clearing snow at 3 a.m. in winter — and win back your neighbors’ weekends. It runs entirely in your browser, no install:
Play it here: https://maxine-33.github.io/yarboworld/
I also open-sourced the whole thing (MIT license), so anyone can play with it, remix it, or help make it better:
I’d love for this to become a community project. If you have ideas for new neighbors, quests, modules, or seasons — or want to fix a bug or add a translation — pull requests and ideas are very welcome. There’s a CONTRIBUTING guide and a Discussions board on the repo to jump in.
Would love to hear what you think, and if you build something on top of it, show me! ![]()
One modular robot, all year round:
