I started noticing on the Yarbo app “blocked camera” notifications, then alerts regarding the cutting deck taking too long to adjust the blades for a couple of days. The issue developed into the Yarbo pausing frequently while adjusting the blades,the pauses lasting up to 4 minutes after a 5 second activity. Now my property looks like a hot mess because of all of the missed spots.

The issue has gotten much worse last night when I heard loud noises from the cutting deck, I turned the robot off for now until the support figures out what’s going on.

Has anyone else had the same problem?

Turning off the robot will not let them diagnose it. They need it on to be able to remote in and check the logs and run tests on the core and module. The adjusting error seems to be somewhat common lately. Are the blades going up and down continually when it says this?

The robot is powered on, I am not comfortable using it due to the loud rattling noise.

As for the blades, they are spinning and not sure if they’re going up and down.

Now waiting for someone to reply to my messages and arrange to ship a new replacement or a repair.

The robot is powered on for a diagnostic test (I sent videos and pictures of the issue).

The rattling noise, not %100 sure but mine got real bad. Took the disks off and tightened the arbor bolt. This solved it for me. Had to do it 2x, last time I put some blue thread locker on it. Seems the nyloc is giving way.

I have the camera blocked or disconnected often as well. Agree all appears good most of the time.

I will note that camera blocked indeed often has stuff on the camera, but not visible in the feed. It is possible the robot sees a better feed though.

Why I get the mysterious camera disconnected, yet clearly there is a mystery to me though
