Could someone please look at ticket # #214190
I am without a functioning mower since 23 Jun 2026 in Florida which means that even “IF” I get a standard replacement, it will not be able to cut my grass as the lawn is getting knee high.
How about out of curtesy you upgrade me to the PRO mower ???
I am starting to consider that a lawyer needs to get involved.

Hello, I can tell you that you will be told that they cannot upgrade you to the mower pro module because it is a different product line. Whatever that means. At least that’s what they continue to tell me when requested the same thing do to all of my mower module issues. I have offered to pay the difference in the module cost and still no help. Often, I get several weeks of radio silence rather than help. Not trying to hi-jack your post here but wanted you to know I have a similar experience and that has been my response. I was able to try out a mower pro module for a brief stint, and I can tell you that it did help eliminate the majority of the standard mower module issues for me. I am still working on getting an upgrade and also trying to be able to purchase an extended warranty that was not offered to me at the time of my purchase. I am also trying to figure out how to be able to purchase parts after the warranty has expired since purchasing an extended warranty has not yet been offered. One option or the other is extremely important since within just over a year that I have owned this system almost every part has already needed to be replaced or exchanged under warranty do to failure or completely worn out. Mind you I live in Minnesota so my mowing season is only about 5 months a year and I do not have the snowblower so not adding hours to the core during winter months. Good luck my friend.
Hello @jake.hendrickx6
Thank you for your kind words
I am also very interested in extending my warranty as currently my confidence with Yarbo is basically non existent.
so lets see what the outcome will be.
around here mowing season is about 11 month, and in the summer time it is every other day to keep the lawn in check
Good luck to you too my friend.
Keep in mind that you have 60 days from the date of purchase to purchase the extended warranty. The third party warranty provider is a stickler for this and there isn’t much Yarbo can do about this if you’re past that timeframe.
Hi there, I completely understand your concerns and why you are interested in the Mower Pro module, especially after experiencing multiple issues with the M1 module.
I’d like to clarify that the Mower Pro is not designed as an upgrade path for the M1 module, but rather as a separate product line with different design goals and capabilities.
That being said, I’ve asked the FSE team to review your latest response and follow up with you regarding your current mower module concerns. We’ll continue to look into what support options may be available for your situation.
Regarding the extended warranty, it is provided through our third-party insurance partner, XCotton. Based on their policy, the extended warranty can only be purchased within 60 days from the date the order is placed. We truly apologize that we’re unable to provide this option once that timeframe has passed.
As for parts availability after the warranty period, we completely understand your concern. Having access to replacement parts is an important part of long-term ownership, and our team is working on improving the support options available for parts access and maintenance.
Thank you for taking the time to share your detailed feedback and experience. We truly appreciate your patience and understanding, and we’ll continue doing our best to support you.
Well I really do not care what their insurance policy is, and what rules or regulations a third party insurer has, a statement that Yarbo will cove each and any issues on my system for X years is what I am going for,…
They have delivered a faulty system, and they should take responsibly for their mistake.
quite frankly every time a unit is replaced the replacement should come with a new warranty. because if it breaks one whom is to guaranty that it will noy break again, given the track record.
I got a new mower, as in new from the factory floor that was dead on arrival, that on its own screams great QC /s
I just do not have the money to replace my oh so advanced robotic lawn mower every time something goes wrong.
The amount I have spent would have bought me a john deer close to top of the line residential zero turn Mower, that will last about 10 years with regular maintenance or a top of the line Stihl robotic mower.
That is why I am piss3d. this is quite frankly not acceptable at this price point. If I am used as a beta tester, I expect a significant discount, but I was made to believe that I bought a developed and functioning system.
