This seems concerning…
Not sure what the trigger/details was for this but Norton’s own lookup site says it’s a good domain. I’ll guess it’s a false positive. The industry standard is Virus Total https://www.virustotal.com so I’d recommend that for a file or url verification over most, especially Norton.
Click view report and see what it is. Most likely a certificate issue or something benign. I get alerts all the time from my AV about Microsoft sites and certs. Also keep in mind their support system is a third party service.
I did try the about and more details but it just told me about all the techniques they use to detect problems. Based on what you and others have posted, I’m going to assume it’s a false positive at this point.
I would’ve been very bummed because I’ve become quite reliant on this forum for help!
I checked support.yarbo.com against a few different big name URL reputation databases and they all said it was good. Must have been a false positive.
It’s pretty odd. It hasn’t repeated itself since then.
I had Norton stop a power script a little bit ago when attempted to run the new v19 yardstick install. So I’ve shut everything down and doing a complete system scan in case the issue is on my system.
At the same time, I’ve received battery overheating alerts on the Yarbo app and the yard stick website even though it’s not charging and it’s a cool cloudy day. I stopped the work, but the temperature kept increasing, so I shut it down and removed the battery. I’m letting it sit at a safe distance for a while before I approach it again.
I let log recording run for a couple of minutes, but wanted to get it shut down as the temperature was increasing.
All cells or just one?
