Every support call they ask for a rating after but never give the scale.

My call with support got cut off. I didn’t get a call back from the representative but instead a call back for automated review of support id received. At which point i realized a scale would be helpful so it was the first Q i asked when i called back. Took me being on hold for an answer, as the L1 representative didn’t even know how I should grade his work.
