Not saying it is easily solved, but it should be do-able to put in Some programming Logic if the DC had An GPS lost signal and a Halow lost signal with a DC connection status with frozen 3 that it tries a reboot after for example 5 min, if the fault comes back it tries it two more times, if the DC connection status remains a solid 3 then it can give the current message that the router or an network/internet failure ocurred. Sure there are more parameters to make this Logic better work.

Current DC is makes the Yarbo unnessecary unrelaible, making interested people sceptic. People seeing the machine love the hardware, and to be honest me too!

Yarbo probably has a whole wishlist with software improvements. Hope they find Some time for this soon 😉

Over a year ago I was on two video conf. calls with yarbo about this. When presented all the facts by an IT professional they finally said, oh yeah we know about this bug, it will be fixed in the next update. About 13 months later and the issue is still there.

I’ve asked twice about the next SW / HW updates, the crickets are chirping

Can you hear them now ?

Just adding another data point in case it helps others. (Ticket Id: #207488)

After updating to **App 3.18.6 / Firmware 3.13.11** , my existing map still works for mowing, but several new issues appeared:

- Map editing frequently triggers **WP005** errors.
- I can no longer add new mowing areas.
- When my phone is **far from the rover** (Bluetooth disconnected), everything works normally through my home Wi-Fi—I can view Previous Maps and access map editing.
- As soon as I walk close enough for **Bluetooth to connect** , Previous Maps disappear and map editing becomes unavailable, even though Wi-Fi (HaLow) still reports connected.
- Walking away again (Bluetooth disconnects) usually restores cloud/map functionality.

After many hours of testing, this behavior is repeatable. It seems like there may be a Bluetooth/Wi-Fi/cloud handoff or connection-priority issue rather than a simple Wi-Fi coverage problem.

Yarbo Engineering is currently reviewing my logs (hope so). If anyone else is seeing similar Bluetooth-related behavior after recent updates, I’d be interested to know whether your symptoms match mine.

Bluetooth can take a little bit for things like the map to load in. How long did you give it? A minute at least? Should be quicker than that, but might be something with your phone and Bluetooth to Yarbo.

I gave plenty of time to load up the map via BT connected. Never loaded. I’m pretty sure that it’s not my phone BT issue. 😃

BT issues seem to correlate to different devices. If you can repeat it using a different device (different hardware versions) then it is a software issue vs a specific BT device type issue. Either way, what you are experiencing is very different from anything I’ve seen or heard of before.

Thanks, Bryan. I have actually tested with two iPhones (my primary phone and a backup - same kind), and both show exactly the same behavior with the same app version.

This exact setup worked fine for months until the recent app/firmware updates. The issue is also very repeatable: when Bluetooth connects, Previous Maps never load and map editing becomes unavailable. When Bluetooth disconnects, Wi-Fi/cloud access returns and the maps load normally.

So I suspect this is more likely related to the recent software changes than to a specific phone or Bluetooth hardware.

For me is exactly the opposite. I can just see anything if I connect with Bluetooth, also, I can only start the plans once connected.

Nevertheless, it is operating within the established parameters of the plan, though I am unable to monitor its activity when outside the Bluetooth range.

I don’t know how it is operating at all with rover mode = false. Hit refresh a few times and make sure it doesn’t ever go true. If it doesn’t, then I would save your maps and do a reinstall data center and then restore your maps from the cloud.

@Yarbo, thank you already scheduled. But I think that I figured it out. I believe that I could not see anything due to a problem with my network. Installed a new network hub, and re-setup the rover and data center and it seems to work now. However, still can not connect to the data center unless I place my phone directly onto the data center. I belive that my Bluetooth antenna on the data center is busted (although there is no visual damage).

Thank you everyone with the help and big thank you to Yarbo for a great product (although i still would like to be able to change the rotation on snow blower so that I can replace the augers with bristle brushes and use it as a push broom - I can reverse the rotation manually while stationary).
