Rover will not pick up GPS

Hi -

We just bought our Yarbo. A friend (also a Yarbo owner) helped us set it up but we’re having issues around the rover picking up an accurate GPS signal. I’m including screenshots from the app.

We’ve moved it into the center of our 1.3 acre yard where nothing surrounds it but still get the same readings. We unplugged the battery and charging unit for 5 minutes, then plugged it all back in. We restarted it multiple times. We also switched the antenna pair so each one is installed where the other one was. Restarted the unit but same results.

We never get anything in the GPS that isn’t what’s in the picture. Our data center antenna is at the pinnacle of our roof. Not surrounded by trees or other obstructions.

Any ideas?

You RTK mode is false. Do a data center reinstall under settings, data center. Make sure the rover is close to the data center when you initiate this.

Hi there, could you please try following Bryan’s suggestion first? Please keep us updated on whether the issue is resolved after the trial.

If the issue still persists, feel free to submit a support ticket so our team can further investigate and assist you.

Is the QR code on the back of the antenna? It’s on the top of our roof - someone else installed it for us. Is there another way to reinstall without having to go on the roof?

You shouldn’t need it despite what the app alludes to. Just proceed and it should connect VIA bluetooth. Just get as close to the DC as you can if it doesn’t show up in the scan.

I think that did it!
