Is there a way to add a NGZ that can be toggled ON or OFF, In the spring when we receive a ton of rain large portions of my property hold water. I need to have these areas in a NGZ while they are holding water, but during normal mowing season be able to turn off the NGX, preferably without deleting it.
You can enable and disable NGZ’s as you need to. Edit your yard and edit the NGZ settings and you can enable and disable it there.

Baby steps. It took most of a season the get the toggle 
x2 on NGZ groups!
I think it would be quickest to add group than api for home assistant or other
