Trim only

To be able to select “trim only” on mowing plans. When you need to just trim between mows.

Just make a memory path, same thing and works better, rover will drive the same as you drove it to map it. It is more accurate for the trimmer.

Disclaimer, the rover can do the path in reverse if started very close to the end of the path, same warning as sidewalks, and dead ends.

Tried that, rover tried to turn around in the middle for some reason, violated a NGZ and drove over a 2’ wall. Recreated the path several times, over the wall each time. Gave up on memory paths. Not reliable enough. Only using "gentle touch:, no ultrasonic, no vision.

Also, already have about 30 areas defined with multiple NGZs and to make a memory path for each part of area/NGZ that needs trimmed would mean well over 200 or so, memory paths.

Thanks for sharing your suggestion! If we see more users interested in a “Trim Only” option, I’ll be happy to pass the request along to our product team for consideration.

Also, regarding the issue you mentioned with Yarbo unexpectedly trying to turn around in the middle of a Memory Path, that shouldn’t be happening. Could you share a little more detail about what you saw, or submit a support ticket for it? We’d like to take a closer look at what happened.

This and perimeter only mowing have been a common ask. Both could accomplish the same goal. You can already disable perimeter laps, an inverse option would be good too. Farmers do this a lot around their fields. I think there is some utility here.
