# Trimmer turning itself off

Under “work preference”, I turn on the trimmer, click save, but when I open “work preferences” again it’s turned off.

Same thing when I turn on the trimmer under “area settings”.

I can manually turn it on and send it to mow, but it turns off again when it’s done.

Do you have the latest app version and firmware version? App 3.18.3 and Firmware 3.13.3?
