Has anyone had any issues trying to attach the cellphone holder to the remote control?

Yes, I found it to be a royal pain in the ……
I wish I knew some trick to make it easier but I haven’t found a good way other than keep fiddling with it.

I finally figured out how to do it.
Step #1 Hold the holder over docking position of the remote.
Step #2 Squeeze the two pins on the holder together and push the top into position and hold it there.
Step#3 While still holding down on the holder slide it toward the bottom of the remote until it latches in place. (The order is opposite to what I had expected by looking at it.)

Yes it is a pain. Then you discover it can’t hold your phone that is 1/2” too wide.

Oh I remember trying to figure this out. It was a royal pain in the ass.
Funny thing is, now I never ever use the Xbox controller at all.
