Was told a replacement pro mower module should ship 7/27. Received no communication on 7/27. Asked for an update and received no response.

I NEED A FUNCTIONING YARBO. THIS IS COSTING ME A LOT. I HAVE TO HAVE THE HILLSIDE MANUALLY CUT AND WE HAD FRESH SEED THAT WE ARE LOOSING.
