Yarbo is stuck offline, the lights come one and the strobe sit there and flashes but it will not connect to my network. I have power cycled the data center and Yarbo several times. I submitted a ticket and got this response. What does use the restart docker script inside the tunnel mean?

1. restart docker script - That is not something you can do. That is a support only function AFAIK.

Tunnel… Do they mean the “ssh tunnel”? Still did not find the password for that. Would be interested to see some of those scripts myself 😇

Is it just me or is Yarbo falling offline a lot more lately?
I’ma bout ready to automate bouncing the DC on a periodic basis.

It’s been the DC every time for me. Ticket, Ticket, Ticket until they figure out what’s crashing. Mine is unresolved. They just wanted to replace the DC.

Probably should get the DC replaced. The vast majority of users aren’t exhibiting this problem, so maybe you have a unit with a manufacturing defect.

Good luck. Hope you get it sorted out soon.

Ditto. I’m offline all the time until my phone is in Bluetooth range of the Rover. Then the Rover stays online until I’m done using it or I leave it sit idle for a few minutes. Then it might reconnect, but usually I need to get back in Bluetooth range. It will run the 3-4 hour plan with recharges. Only started having this for the last few months.

I use to control it from a few states away. Now I’m doubtful.

</div>

Turn off your DC for 5 mins and then restart your rover when it is back online. Hopefully that helps. If it continues happening or if it doesn’t, I’d recommend opening a ticket.

I have same issue. Rover is offline for no good reason. I have 2 rovers and they went offline on the same time. There is a power, I can see lights. Yarbo folks should come up with solution for those situations, so there will be no manual interaction required. Such as press reset for 60 seconds etc….

A lot of us outside of the promises during work plan and have no ability to press anything on rover.

Yarbo, come up with device which will press reset button on its own for 60 seconds when needed or bring rover at least to charging station or fix the software.

Yarbo is blaming power issue but I do not think it’s true. Power is there.

I am also have the same trouble. I can’t connect bluetooth, 4g or Wifi. Yarbo is on a schedule, and every morning he starts off to work and runs into a problem and comes back to dock. I can’t see what the problem is. I’ve got tickets in as well

</div>

If it’s coming back to the dock it most likely is something stuck in the blades like a stick.

Try powering off your DC, and unplug the battery cable for 5 mins. Unhook the module and check for sticks or anything causing the blades from spinning. Put it back on the core and then Power up the DC, then the core. See if you can connect then. I’d get a ticket submitted as well.
