I would love for Yarbo to add an “Alternate every run” perimeter direction option. It would make the most sense I think to allow it to run clockwise one time, counterclockwise the next, and then back to clockwise again for the third run. This would be similar to how we can do the checkerboard patter…

I was just thinking about the need for this. To me, it would be a very useful feature. Should help to minimize the grass getting bent in one direction along the perimeter.

Thanks for sharing your suggestion! This does sound like a useful idea for helping reduce wear patterns along the perimeter. If more users show interest in this feature as well, I’ll definitely pass the feedback along to our product team for further consideration.

Yep. I do it manually every couple mows. I also vary the number of perim laps to shift the turn around location. Upvoted.

Ohh, I hadn’t thought about altering the perimeter laps, but I like your reasoning. I might have to start doing that as well.

I agree. I am also currently manually reversing the direction, when I remember to do so. It would be nice to have an automated alternating option. The only drawback is the trimmer module only works when it is in the counterclockwise mode.
