Does anyone else have this issue? When in controller mode on my phone I have on more than one occasion had my finger slide off the joystick and inadvertently adjust the mower height down to its lowest setting. I’m afraid at some point this is going to cause an issue.
My suggestion is to move the height adjustment in the UI to a different location, further away from the joystick or have some confirmation before adjusting the height. Although the latter could become annoying.
I had noticed that on occasion the blades would get to a low position. I’d try to reproduce it, nope. And today I noticed that when I was pushing the rover forward, yawp, I think some of my meaty paw was mushing on the blade height control.
Yes, let’s move that control, please. 
@JNS @Ken by default when the rover auto recharges and docks, it will drop the blades to the lowest setting on the dock (it’s supposedly a convenience for maintenance on the users part). If you drive it off the dock manually, not knowing this… it might be or be part what you are seeing? Ideally, once you manually stop charging, it would auto raise the blades to the highest setting.
I can also see how one could accidentally hit the adjustment too. It’s also mildly annoying that you can’t cancel it once you activate it or change the setting while it’s mid adjust.
Nope, not a Docking Station thing. I had been out mapping and testing some stuff and did some manual mowing here and there, next thing you know the lawn was scalped.
I was wondering why the blades are all the way down when I drive the rover off the Docking Station to flip over the mower and have a peek.
Same here. I was aware that the blades get lowered on the dock. At first I thought that could be the issue but after verifying the height was set correctly I noticed I had accidently reset the height while moving the bot around. I know this is user error but I need protection from myself.
Me too. That’s why I didn’t remove the blade guards. The urge is too great to stick my fingers under there without them!
