Watching Yarbo from the warmth of the house!

One of the early testers told a story about using the prototype unit from 22 to throw snow out of the driveway and his tractor and snow blower to throw the snow back from the yard into the driveway. LOL. That’s some fun right there.

It’s funny having the Yarbo now. Yes, I’ve looked forward to snow mainly because I like at least one good snow storm per year but also because I liked using my Honda snowblower. Now I want a snow storm every week to mess around with it and dial it all in.

:rofl:

That’s hilarious!

Def a weird internal struggle to cheer on wicked winter weather.

My Yarbo’s have made me love doing yard care again. Mainly because I don’t have to do it. :rofl:

That’s exactly it!

Right now, I want to keep iterating on my snowblowing areas. It’s fun trying to get everything as optimized as possible.

Supposedly we’re getting maybe 2 inches tomorrow, and up to 5 inches on Wednesday.

it’s ironic - You buy a robot like this to save time. But I’m going to end up watching Yarbo clear the snow the entire time it’s working this week, so exactly zero time will be ‘saved’… And I don’t care at all.

It’s mesmerizing and fun to watch. ASMR. LOL

Did some “testing” today😁

Nothing would please me more than for the snow blower to sit on the charger for the rest of the winter with NO MORE SNOW.

It cleared the driveway fantastically the first time. I’m good with that. Let’s move on to spring.

Looking at the weather forecast, it seems that I won’t be at home tomorrow when the snow hits. So, looks like tomorrow will be my first remote deployment of the snowblower!

With my luck, it’ll end up break a set of shear pins, get stuck at the end of my driveway while backing up, and the battery will drain to zero requiring me to drag the thing all the way back to the garage!

There’s a battery cable for that! :wink:

I haven’t bought the stupid cable yet!

To be honest, I’m not planning to buy it on principle, because I think Yarbo should be including the cable with the Core purchase.

Now you’re talking! :grin::grin::grin::grin:

How far are you, I’ll bring my tractor over to carry Yarbo to your garage:grin:, or maybe I could convince maxi-yarbo to make an appearance :joy::sweat_smile:

You’re up north, right? I’m in Mid Michigan. Lake Fenton.

If/when my Yarbo gets stuck in the snow, feel free to come rescue it!! lol

Man you’re way down south by DirtyTesla:sweat_smile::sweat_smile::joy:, 8.5hrs south:zany_face:

Feeling bad. Got Jack set up and working great. Tomorrow I’m going to pull him back into the shop. Looks like we are headed for -40ish for a week. So cold and with that no snow. So sad.

Never fun when the weather won’t cooperate so we can play with our toys. :joy:

Yea, Chris is in my town. Really good guy.
