Work Plan : Last Mow Indication & Sorting

A feature I’d really like to see in the app UI is a concise, at-a-glance indicator of when each work plan was last executed. For example, adding a small label to each row in the Work Plan section—such as “Mowed 3 days ago”—would provide immediate context. This lightweight addition could help users determine which area needs attention next, without having to physically inspect the property.

In addition, it would be helpful to enable sorting options within the Work Plan list: by most recent, oldest, or alphabetically (with alphabetical being the default). This would improve overall usability and make plan management more intuitive.

I’ve attached a visual mockup to help illustrate the idea.

While this information is technically available under Work Plan History, it’s not easily digestible in its current form and takes time to navigate.

Thanks again for continuing to support and improve the app with new features and updates!

I like this idea.

Caveat : Since these are plans, I would suggest saying “Last Run” instead of “Mowed”. The UI for these is the same across all the modules, if that makes sense.

Good point. I assumed the work plans had a specific module type associated, but I guess it’s easier to go with a generic “Ran x days ago”.

Thank you for your wonderful suggestion! We’ve shared your feedback with our app team, along with the visual mockup you provided. We really appreciate the effort you’ve put into helping us improve the app.

filtering workplans based on a module label would be nice:+1:

… or you could just use Last Cleaned like they do other parts of the UI

I’d like to be able touch the area on the map and have it selected in the Plan List instead have to scroll to find the one I want.

but what if everything is now “dirtier” with grass clippings once it finishes? :joy:
