Besides “Ready to Work” I haven’t heard Yarbo say anything. Does it say anything else?

It says a lot. It announces most commands and errors. Do you have it muted by chance? If so, it won’t announce anything other than ready to work when it powers up. Look at the bottom of safety settings. If you see the volume is off or it says muted then that’s why.
