I didn’t even know the Yarbo had pulled the SAM and controller. They also reduced output of the wired charger at some point. You’re complaint seems valid and I hope Yarbo gets you a satisfactory solution.

If Yarbo sent you 20K Yarbo points, you should be able to use those points for anything in the Yarbo store. If you want to purchase the SAM or controller (or both) you can create a $200 coupon to apply to the order during checkout. Go to the main website, scroll down until you see the present, then login if prompted and there you should see your rewards and reward options. They shouldn’t be applicable to only one type of Yarbo package at all.

I was just about to say this but Bryan beat me to it. 
Removal of the SAM module and remote control are news to me as well. To be perfectly honest though, the remote control is of no value to me at all. I haven’t used it in about a year. Easier/better to just use the phone app. The SAM module has some limited use cases, but honestly if I didn’t already have one I wouldn’t bother buying it now.

The only reason I knew about it was because there was a pop up warning during checkout (for anything) saying that effective April… 2026 that they were no longer included in the bundle. Maybe this was implemented after he purchased. I agree, I hardly ever use either. But unfortunately, there are SAM only features that have not been brought to all modules. I do appreciate that they eliminated some of the more niche items rather than raise costs.
