Auger rubbing against side of snow blower

The left auger (look from front) is rubbing against the side of the snow blower. It started this first snow of the season. It started after having to switch out the shear pins the first time this season. I’ve had to do it 2 additional time since.
Is there any reason why it would start rubbing after changing the shear pins? Is there something I can do to recenter the auger?

Also, the snow blower started the first snow of the season with a high pitch noise coming from it. Any ideas what may be causing the noise and how to correct it?
