How often are people having to do the unplug the battery for 4 hours or whatever to reset the charge reported value?
Iāve already done it once last week and itās already starting to not fully charge again.
Think I had to do it maybe 4 times last mow season.
I had to do it once last year, and the problem never reoccurred.
Seems unusual to me that you have had to do it multiple times in such a short amount of time. I suggest you open a ticket and have Yarbo diagnose your battery.
Yeah. I had a ticket last year and the answer was unplug it longer.

Seen a few that report it charges to 100% and then at some point stops charging. Is this something you are seeing? If not and unplugging for 4 hours fixes it then Iād definitely have support check the battery.
This morning, maybe. It was 94% when I sent it out to mow after being on the charger all night.
Last week no. It wouldnāt get to 80% unplugging it for 4 hours, plug it back in and itās 100% same as last year. So Iām not sure if this morning was just battery tending or not fully charging. What Iāve noticed in the past is it progressively gets worse. The max charge it reports slowly gets lower until it finally wonāt get past 80% which means if it charges mid mow it never goes back out.
Weāll see what it does after todayās mow.
If it was 94% and charging then definitely the same issue. If it dropped quickly to 94% off the charger then thatās the battery tending.
This morning it had only charged to 88% after being on the charger since about 11:30pm last night. Itās unplugged now so hopefully it goes back to 100%, guess its another support ticket for me.
