Noticed the last couple days my yarbo will not charge to 100% right now it is at 92% and appears to be done. Is that a cold weather feature?
Does it say that it’s charging, but just never fully charge?
Yeah it’s in the charging mode but never goes above 92%
@marriott001 I had the same issue, and they are replacing the battery. Here is what they said will reset the battery and it usually works, so by usually I will assume that is Yarbo speak for almost never, but here goes.
- Use the cord they sent with it and plug it in for 2 hours.
- Turn it off / pull the plug to the battery and let it sit for 4 hours.
- A Miracle apparently happens
- Turn it back on and see what happens - hopefully its all better now, if you have my core continue to 5.
- Open a ticket for a replacement battery
- Wait a week and have a lot of calls, emails and frustration
- You finally get approved for a new battery
- Wait, wait wait.
- A Christmas Mircle
- FedEx Tracking is received
Give 1-4 a try…hopefully you have better luck than I did.

As I put on the other thread. What is your temperature. When really cold mine cycled between 90 and 94 with the warming message regularly.
