Can the snow thrower auger be turned on with the controller?

I was trying to use the provided Yarbo controller and have my phone show me the camera feeds, but I couldn’t turn on the auger, even if I pressed RT, LT, and LB st the same time or LT and RT at the same time. Am I missing something? What should I try next?

Yes. Take a look at the below picture from the Yarbo Wiki that shows the button uses:

Auger and Blower Controls

  • LB Button: Control the Auger Speed Settings for better snow management.

  • LT and RT Buttons: Press both LT and RT to start or stop the auger as needed.

If you’re not familiar with this type of controller, the LT and RT are “left trigger” and “right trigger” which are the curved triggers on the back of the controller. The LB and RB are the left and right buttons on the top of the controller.

Were you able to control Yarbo in all other ways or was nothing really working for you with the controller?

You have to hold both the RT and LT for a bit. I think it’s like 6 seconds or something. Continue to hold it and then eventually you can let go of one of the triggers.

Don’t forget the Right Bumper. That’s the safety switch. You need it too. Keeps your fingers busy until you get used to it.

Ya, its the same thing with the mower. You have to hold the safety switch to operate it as I recall.
