I believe the best approach to this would be to make a plan#3 that contains work areas from plan #1 and from plan #2 then run plan#3. You could maybe cobble together a couple schedules (schedule plan#2 at the approximate time that plan#1 should finish) that solution could run into problems if plan#1 takes longer than expected.
