My chute is jammed and won’t rotate!
I have unlocked a new error in my snowblower, “Chute Blocked”. I thought this meant there was a buildup of snow in the chute that prevented more from passing, but it actually means the chute won’t rotate.
I read on the official Facebook group that powering down the core will release the motor and allow the chute to rotate, but when I tried this the chute was still stuck.
Trying to rotate the chute in the app causes a brief strained electrical motor whine).
We’ll see how my support request goes. Has anyone else experienced this?

Hello. Is there ice/snow buildup around the base of the chute that could be restricting its ability to turn?
Personally, I’d probably explore removing the chute to see if something is jamming it from rotating.
