How do schedules work?

I tried to set up a schedule to run on Monday and Friday 8am to 8pm.

This morning (Sunday) I received a notification that the schedule was going to start in 5 minutes. Why did it try to run today?

Did I do something wrong, or was there another issue?

I seem to recall a bug or a visual glitch from a while ago where the highlighted buttons are the days it doesn’t execute. This might be the case here. I assume it tried to start at 8AM like you wanted, just on Sunday and not Monday?

Thanks for reaching out. If your schedule was set to run on Monday and Friday from 8 AM to 8 PM, the system should follow that exactly and should not have started a task on Sunday.

This appears to be a potential software bug. Could you please submit a support ticket and include the timestamp of when the issue occurred? That will help our support team investigate further.

We truly appreciate your understanding and patience as we look into this!

Reminded me of this one, @Yarbo-Forum: Phantom workplans notifications

I had it in my garage for the power board sealant treatment, so I’m not sure if it was actually planning to run on Sunday or not.

I’ll open a case with support.

I saw that happen this morning too - but it was just a notification. Since I didn’t have anything scheduled this morning it didn’t try to do anything. I’d lean toward software bug too, but it didn’t initiate anything at least.
