How do you separate big mowing area? I would like to mow a different heights. If I drawl a line in the middle of the map it will not let me have different zones to mow.
You can split an existing area but only keep one portion currently. You would have to remap the half you chose not to keep.

unfortunately, that’s the current state of the software.

Hopefully there is a suggestion already created to.. split and keep both ( as seperate areas ).

Only being able to keep one area of a split is a really bad design. Is this a bug that’s being fixed or how it was designed to work?

That’s currently how it was implemented. I believe they will eventually iterate it so you can keep both. The current method was probably somewhat straightforward to implement. Keeping both would be a little harder I think.

We are aware of this design defect and will try to implement optmizations to allow users to keep both areas after splitting.
