Give ability to mow boundary / perimeter cut clockwise.

They said on Friday’s livestream that this is a possibility but not until they get DR and VO rolled out. Right now, it relies very heavily on GPS. As such, it keeps the primary antenna (left as you face the rear of the core) away from any boundaries which typically can have things that block GPS like up against your house, fences, walls, etc.

Speaking of which, can we hope for an update before winter? Any news?

I created deadends for my perimeters where repeated counterclockwise mowing has matted the grass down and kept it long. Result? The deadend cuts in the opposite direction give EXCELLENT results. Once (fingers-crossed) we get the ability to run perimeters clockwise, I expect this issue to be mostly or entirely solved.
