Suggestions when it comes to the perimeter…
- Have an “Ignore Perimeter”
- Change the direction Yarbo does the perimeter. Currently it only does Counterclockwise when looking from above. I have a hill that yarbo cannot cut going down, but it can cut it going up. Cutting the perimeter in clockwise direction would fix that.

There is a technical reason for it always going the same direction and that’s GPS signal for the primary antenna (left side as you face the rear of the core). This always faces away from the boundary line so structures, fences, etc do not impede the signal.
I can’t imagine that 6 inch difference being THAT significant.
Since the lack of CW rotation is the difference between yarbo being able to cut a part of my lawn vs me having to get out there and do it.
You can create maps by going CW, so what’s the biggie?
You certainly can create them CW, but it’s not recommended to. That 6 inches could be the difference in it running into something or not. Depending on the situation, that could be very bad. Even worse since GPS is variable, it could be an intermittent issue depending on the season or time of day. Yarbo is just trying to ensure the reliability and accuracy as much as possible. I doubt they will support this out of an abundance of caution.
But, if there’s enough interest, maybe they will evaluate the feasibility.

Well, in my case, it’s the difference between yarbo cutting grace going up a hill vs taking a 20foot downhill ride in a stone garden bed since it’s too damn front heavy.

They are working on a slope algorithm and maybe this will override this requirement.
