Ok so I have my new PRO Mower. What about my old head?

So thr wife and I splashed on a new Yarbo and it came with the non pro head then find out that there is a pro unit actual blades.

The PRO head arrived a week or so ago and I finally got to try it out yesterday (not sure how well it cut because it was dark and I had to leave before the next morning)

So what about my old head. Im thinking of buying a second yarbo for another property we just brought.

Is there a way, or a kit to upgrade it?

I would like to upcycle the old head, not sure if I want to deal with selling it unless it is somewhat local.

Yarbo sustainability is a big thing these days, a trade in programme would be a good idea, even if it was through dealers.

If you came up with an upgrade kit Id be willing to set up a service to do the conversions. I have the skills and I’m a qualified electrician.

I am considering becoming a dealer also (situated in western Ohio) as I am looking at retiring early.

Hit me up!

Yarbo recently put up the “Yarbo Trade Hub“ category on the forum. I like your idea of upgrading the M1, but I suspect there are frame differences along with things like motors, and who knows what else.

Hi there,

First of all, we’d like to sincerely thank you for your support of Yarbo — we truly appreciate it!

At the moment, we don’t have a trade-in program available for mower modules. We completely understand your thoughts on sustainability, and we agree that keeping devices in use by others who need them is an excellent way to support that goal.

That’s actually why we created the Yarbo Trade Hub section here in the forum — it’s a dedicated space where users can share or exchange their Yarbo equipment so it can continue to be put to good use. You’re very welcome to post there to see if anyone nearby might be interested in your mower head.

As for an upgrade kit, we’re sorry to say we can’t offer one — the standard mower and Pro mower are two different products rather than an upgrade version of each other, and there are significant design differences between the two.

Once again, thank you for your enthusiasm and continued support.
