Ordering accessories

Has anyone had any luck ordering accessories? I placed an order 11 days ago and the stuff hasn’t shipped. I also already broke one of the RTK antennas and cracked a one of the blade discs. I ordered new ones of each and don’t really want to wait that long to get the replacements. Thanks

I just asked on the livestream. They said it’s the 7-10 business day time, same as the Yarbo bundles (assuming US, maybe Canada as well (there are centers in Canada)). Hopefully it means your package is imminent.

I was told 14 days and at 12 days I inquired why it hadn’t shipped and was told things were out of stock until the 10th of April and would ship after. You can open a support ticket to see if they can expedite you one. Depending on how it broke, they may send it no charge.

I ordered new cutting discs back in January and it took exactly 60 days from order to shipment. I was absolutely livid and had multiple back and forths with the support team. I was always responded to promptly & politely, but every time I asked for a status update the date was always pushed back about a week. I would check in every week and the answer would come back, just another week. My thoughts after this experience are:

  1. The logistics on getting out those accessories is in a poor state. A substantial negative to both current and prospective customers.
  2. Put some of those consumables on order before you need them. You are SOL for a fast-turn around.

FYI: the cutting discs do not include the blades. The good news is there are plenty of those available for other robotic mowing platforms on Amazon that will do the trick.

In January they were still working on module rollouts and were ramping up the accessories stocking in local warehouses. It takes about 45-60 days to ship stuff by sea. I believe they have now improved this process and have a more steady supply enroute. As for the mower blades, your mower module should have included at least 20 extras in the box. I agree it is important to have supplies on hand before you need them because break downs suck. They have an Amazon storefront now so I am hopeful that one day we can see prime shipping on parts and accessories.

I just emailed Yarbo about my order too. I made an accessories order last month (3/13) and it still didn’t ship.

I would totally agree. Consumable replacement part should be readily avaliable. Utilizing Amazon would be a big plus!

I too order spares in January. However, I have yet to see them arrive. I was told that they will be shipped 20 April. Fortunately, I have not experienced a broken disc, but I would be very angry if I had to sideline my Yarbo for months!
