Quicker snow throwing plan

When the thrower does a 180 turn to continue clearing the set area in the parallel route pattern: instead of the thrower going back a couple inches, raising the module, turning into snow, lowering the module, going forward a couple inches, and then repeating once to turn around, the thrower should go forward into the already cleared area so it doesn’t move the snow, move the module up and down, or need to clear the area first. This should speed up the plan a bit since it won’t need to wait while the module goes up and down or go backwards.

It should also do the first two perimeter circuits first so it has room to do this from the beginning.

Agreed. Perimeter laps should be adjustable and at least 2 minimum.

Well you know my opinion about perimeters :sweat_smile:, but definitely a 3/4 perimeter 2 laps:+1::+1::grin:

Thanks for sharing this thoughtful suggestion. I understand your goal of improving the turning behavior of the Yarbo snow blower to make operations more efficient and reduce unnecessary module movement. Your idea makes sense, and we truly appreciate the detailed explanation.

We will pass your feedback along to our product team for their consideration.

It will definitely speed it up - but mainly because it will stop it from getting stuck while making zero turns in snow which then takes extra time to get unstuck..
