Agreed. I stopped complaining because nothing ever really gets fixed. This is my second season with the snow blower and I’m tired of coming up with work arounds because of its short comings. Even when I think I got it dialed in it starts running sidewalks backwards. It’s always something. I can’t do my sidewalks or edges because it constantly gets stuck. I end up having to watch it the entire time. Not to mention the GPS issues. I’ve opened tickets, swapped and tightened antennas, etc.
How about when they changed the safety buffer for the lawn mower over the summer and didn’t tell anyone about it!
