In the interim you can easily just reserve an IP based on the MAC on the router side.
To be honest, that’s my preference for any of my networked devices that I want to assign to a static IP. Cause that way I can easily see the complete list all at once, and make any changes all in the same UI.
That’s exactly what I did. Made two VLANs for each of my cores and made the DC and Core the same last octet in each respective VLAN.
