I have my yarbo core wifi unconnected to any wifi, just on the HALOW. The following has happened a few times while the Yarbo is mowing in the far side of the house from the Data Center (not sure its a factor).
I notice my internet failing while Yarbo is mowing, get a notification from the router about ISP disconnected, when i check router app I see dozens of IPs being dished to similar MAC variants.
Pulling the power to the Data Center a few minutes and letting it reboot does the trick.
I’m really sorry to hear about the issue. I’ve checked with our field service engineer, and it appears that this situation requires further investigation from our R&D team.
Could you please submit a support ticket and include the estimated time when the issue occurred? If you’re not sure of the exact time, no worries—just let us know the next time it happens.
