Undock Battery Level

Not sure this is a feature request as much as it is a bug fix or operational improvement maybe. The issue is that when the Battery Management System reports the battery level incorrectly (for example the battery is fully charged but only thinks 78% is left) or let’s say the battery level degrades in the future so the maximum level it can reach is 78%, Yarbo cannot undock if the undock battery level is higher than this number.

I think it makes sense for there to be some logic so that yes, if the undock battery level is not yet exceeded and is charging, stay on the dock…but if the battery has been “charging” for hours and not increasing at all due to a BMS or other battery issue, then it should undock anyway.

I assume there must be a way Yarbo knows the difference between “the core is at 78% and actively charging”, or “the core is fully charged but just says 78%” and it would be helpful to undock in the second scenario, even if the undock battery level is higher than 78%.

Hi there, thanks for sharing your suggestion about the undock battery level. Currently, we may not consider following this logic, but I will also follow up on the community’s opinion on this as well.
