Yarbo is not a party to any transaction conducted through the second-hand transaction board and does not act as a broker, agent, or intermediary between users. Yarbo merely provides a communication platform for users to interact and negotiate their own transactions. All transactions are solely between buyers and sellers, with Yarbo having no involvement in the negotiation, execution, payment processing, or delivery of items.
2. No Verification or Endorsement
Yarbo does not verify, endorse, or guarantee the accuracy, quality, safety, legality, or authenticity of any items listed, user information provided, or representations made on the second-hand transaction board. Users acknowledge that content may include technical inaccuracies or typographical errors. Yarbo makes no warranties regarding the use or results of use of the second-hand transaction board with respect to accuracy, reliability, or otherwise.
3. Disclaimer of Warranties
Your use of the second-hand transaction board is at your own risk. The service and all content provided through the second-hand transaction board are provided “as is” without warranties of any kind, either expressed or implied. Yarbo disclaims all warranties, including implied warranties of merchantability, fitness for a particular purpose, title, and non-infringement.

Yarbo expressly disclaims any and all liability for disputes, damages, or losses arising from transactions conducted through the second-hand transaction board. This includes, but is not limited to, liability for:

5. User Compliance with Laws

Users are solely responsible for determining and meeting their legal obligations regarding transactions conducted through the second-hand transaction board. This responsibility includes proper tax collection and reporting under Nevada law and any other applicable jurisdictions.
6. Right to Remove Content
Yarbo reserves the right, at its sole discretion and without prior notice, to remove any content or listings that violate Yarbo’s terms of use, this Responsibility & Disclaimer, or applicable laws. Yarbo assumes no liability or responsibility for errors or omissions in the content of the second-hand transaction board.
7. Governing Law
This Responsibility & Disclaimer and all matters relating to the second-hand transaction board shall be governed by, construed, and enforced in accordance with the laws of the State of Delaware, U.S.A., without giving effect to any principles of conflicts of law. This agreement shall be binding upon the parties hereto in the United States and worldwide.
8. Acknowledgment
By using the second-hand transaction board, you acknowledge that you have read, understood, and agree to be bound by this Responsibility & Disclaimer. You further acknowledge that Yarbo may make changes or improvements to the second-hand transaction board at any time without notice.
