What happened to our Forum

You can still access the Forum on Wiki, but accessing each other’s posts appears to be curtailed. Why did this happen at this point, I am wondering? We were just beginning to hear from those receiving their Pro Mowers. I think we heard from about 4 or 5 Pro experiences. Why now, I am wondering?

I’m not sure I understand. Are you accessing it from within the Yarbo app or on the browser? forum.yarbo.com in the browser is how I access it and it seems to be working the same for me. Yarbo Wiki is for documentation. That is also in the app but accessible at wiki.yarbo.com

I’m not seeing any issues with viewing previous posts or accessing the wiki.

Yes, I seem to be having issues, too. I’m accessing this forum on the web browser. Nothing has been updated in the past few days. This post is the most recent. What gives???

The forum has been quiet the last week or so overall. But nothing I would say is different that I can tell. @Yarbo-Forum responded to quite a few posts the last few days. Are you sorting by unread topics and activity or something else? Here is what I see.

It’s working fine for me using the Yarbo app on an iPhone.

Not working for my IPad . After I select “Forum” I get a Discourse screen indicating “sorry, the site you are looking for does not exist “.

Deleted the iPad app, reinstalled and still not working (no access).

Works for the iPhone and can see the posts on user experience with Mower Pro.

Sorry, I assumed everyone was experiencing what I am encountering. When I try accessing the Forum from my Android phone using the Yarbo App that I control my mower with, it says, Sorry, this site is no longer available. So I have to go through Wiki to access the Forum, but no posts appear since August 5th unless I maneuver through my posts. So of course, I wanted to know why?

After trying again to access the Forum directly through the Yarbo App, it appears, that I am being asked to start a free trial with Discourse, a forum community, if I want to continue. I don’t understand.

I am going to guess it might be because the Wiki is the default thread. I am also not signed in when I go from the Yarbo to, Wiki, Forum. Not sure if you tried signing in.

This is what I get with the app and clicking on forum. Definitely not working. I am on iOS.

Interesting. Still working just fine for me on iOS and iphone

Update : Tried accessing the forum using the Yarbo app on my Mac. Now I see the Discourse screen mentioned above. But my iPhone app still works fine.

Very strange!

My theory. Cached logins are working, sign in screens are not working.

I can’t access the support center, I can not access to submit a ticket. Why am I not getting a response from Yarbo? What is going on?
