I’m really sorry for all the inconvenience this has caused. The hotfix we’re working on doesn’t only address the zero-turn issue at the docking station — it also includes other fixes and improvements, which is why it’s taking longer than expected.
We truly appreciate your patience as we continue working on the final hotfix version, and we will release it as soon as it’s ready.
Was a reason or circumstance discovered for this behavior? I also have a Yarbo house and it hasn’t done this, but maybe it will some day?
Thanks for the response. Do you know the anticipated timeframe for this next release?
And looking ahead, is there an opportunity to plan hot fixes and emergency patches outside of the main firmware update path? Ideally, patches for critical issues or defects should be released as quickly as possible to minimize the disruption and inconvenience to the end user community.
It was related to an undocking route-calculation issue, and we’ve already fixed it in the next hotfix. So no need to worry — it shouldn’t happen again once that update is released.
We’re planning to release the hotfix soon. This update mainly focuses on bug fixes and stability improvements rather than major new features. We truly appreciate your suggestion and are grateful for your patience as we finalize the update.
Thank you. Appreciate the update.
