Hi there, I’ve checked your support ticket and noticed that the mower module was purchased from another Yarbo user.
According to our warranty policy, to receive after-sales replacement support, the ownership of the module needs to be transferred to you first. Please ask the original owner to contact us so we can complete the ownership transfer process. Without completing the ownership transfer, we’re sorry that we won’t be able to provide replacement service for the module.
If the original owner is unable to assist and you decide to purchase another used module, please make sure the ownership transfer is completed during the transaction. We also recommend confirming the remaining warranty period of the module before purchasing, as the standard warranty period is two years.
The seller reached out to complete the transfer and received the following response.
Dear Customer,
Thank you for reaching out regarding the ownership transfer process. For selling a module specifically, there is typically no need for a formal ownership transfer, as modules are accessories that do not impact the core functioning or ownership of a Yarbo device. Ownership transfer is primarily required for the core unit to ensure that the new owner has full operational control and access to related services
There may have been some miscommunication regarding the ownership transfer process. I’ve confirmed internally that the module ownership also needs to be transferred in order to provide after-sales support.
Could you please share the seller’s email address with me via DM, or send me the seller’s ticket number related to the ownership transfer? I’ll help follow up and make sure this is handled properly.
