Yarbo family

I noticed in my account on the official website on the members page that I am not recognized as part of the Yarbo family because I do not appear to own a Yarbo because I did not purchase it directly from the shop on the official website and therefore did not spend the money required to join the family, but rather spent it through a reseller or importer in my country of residence. Personally, I believe that the only thing that should matter is whether you bought it or not. It is inconsistent to be recognized as the owner of a Yarbo in the app upon registration but then not in the account on the website.

Thanks for bringing this to our attention. You are definitely part of the Yarbo family. Due to platform limitations, the system currently cannot identify your membership if you purchased through a different channel. We understand that anyone who purchases a Yarbo from a legitimate source should be recognized as part of the Yarbo family.
