Ever since I switched to the summer modules (mower and trimmer), I’ve been having this problem: no matter where I start Yarbo or which modules I use, it says it’s trying to get out of a dead end and spins in circles. After one or two rotations, it then says, “The maximum angle has been reached.” I’ve ruled out a hardware issue, since the problem persists even when the other modules are installed.
That’s not an error I’m familiar with “get out of a dead end”. Do you have a screenshot of the error?
The limit angle being reached means the trimmer has over or under extended and tripped the limit switches. Have you tried removing the trimmer and seeing if these issues persist with it completely removed?
It’s not really an error. It’s a hint that pops up at the bottom of the app while yarbo is turning on the spot. Then it says Yarbo is trying to get out of a dead end. After one or two turns it says plan paused:
I already disconnected the trimmer and the mower, tried it with sam on and tried it only with the mower on. Always same failure. Also turned it off, disconnected the battery and resarted it again. I turned off obstacle avoidance etc
If that error is present even with the trimmer not attached, that doesn’t seem right. I believe that is a trimmer specific error about the limit angle. Seems slightly different with the translation. If you haven’t yet, I’d recommend opening a ticket and provide some times that the errors occurred so they can research what’s going on.
