I have drove it manually to docking station and it is charging but refuse to start a new work plan?
Have you tried rebooting or unplugging the battery cable for 5 mins? What is the error message? Perhaps try unplugging the POE injector to the data center for 5 mins first, then reconnect power and then do the same to the core.
