Good morning, I have tried multiple times to work with Yarbo support team. I have created tables of the issues, met twice with technical support and have recieved 2 new yarbo cores and 1 new lawnmower module. I have replaced the data centre once and have had multiple problems with the area map save feature failing. I have tried since a couple of weeks after the initial Yarbo setup in May to recieve a refund since with all of my trees and poor cellular coverage Yarbo constantly is stuck somewhere, does not cut along boundaries properly, will not cut my ditch, avoids dandilions however when I increase the use of the camera in the settings, it drives into trees and spins the track to try and push through.

I am very frustrated and have wanted Yarbo to succeed but it is not the right product for my property and support will not assist. I’m have been hopeful to avoid any next steps to me from any legal standpoint, but at this point in time Yarbo is not leaving me any options left.

brand new unit though I have had it since end of summer its unable to even complete its first job I think I would at this point of all the issues just get a full Refund

I was using my snowblower yesterday and it started making noise. I checked the chute and auger and all was fine. Today I ended up thawing it out. I found three of the cogs on the larger gear had ice logged in smoothly across the gear. All fixed right, not. The noise has changed and now the impeller doesn’t go up to speed. It jist makes a,terrible noise. What do I do now?

Still waiting for a new motor pulley since the one I have still spins in circles cause the key way is rounded. The nut that holds the pulley intact was loose which caused the issue. Haven’t heard anything if I will get a new motor pulley. Seems like a simple request.
